I’m Unable to Login to Roundtrip
Having trouble logging in? Try these steps!
There are several reasons why you might experience issues logging into the Roundtrip Portal. Typically, these issues are due to either the method of access or an invalid password:
Check the URL
Most users should log in at app.rideroundtrip.com using their login credentials.
EHR Integrated?
If you're a Care Coordinator who’s organization has an EHR integration with Roundtrip, you may launch the portal through your EHR. Attempting to log in through other methods, (such as our Rider App), might prevent a successful login.
Reset Your Password
If you are experiencing an issue with logging in due to a password or lock out issue, follow the steps outlined in this article to reset your password.
