In this quick guide, we'll walk you through the steps to reset your password as a Dispatcher or Care Coordinator. Whether you've forgotten it entirely or simply wish to update your current one, we've got you covered!

How to Reset Your Password
To reset and create a new password for your account, follow these steps:
- On app.rideroundtrip.com, type in the email associated with your Roundtrip account and click “Continue”.
- When prompted to enter your password, click the link for “Forgot Password?”
- Confirm your email address and click “Continue”. Check your email follow the link to create a new password.
- Once completed, you log in using your new password.
Important Note: If your organization is integrated with an identity provider for access, you may not be able to reset your password by following these steps. You will need to follow your identity provider’s steps for resetting your password.
How to Change or Update Your Existing Password
To update your existing Roundtrip password, follow these steps:
- Log in to app.rideroundtrip.com. Click on your initials in the upper right corner.
- Click on "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Once in your Account Settings, scroll down to the link for "Reset Password".
- This will trigger a password reset email to the email address your account is registered with. Open your email and follow the link to create a new password.
- Once completed, you can begin using your new password when logging in.
