Overview of Authorization Statuses
An overview of authorization statuses within Roundtrip and how they are displayed within Roundtrip.
If your organization uses Roundtrip for authorizations, you can view the most recent authorization status for the ride within Roundtrip. If you have enabled notifications for the ride, you will also receive automated updates about any changes to the authorization status.
Where to Check the Authorization Status
Checking the current authorization status within Roundtrip is simple. You can check the authorization status in several locations:
- Trip Details Page
- Rider Profile Page
- Trips Page
In each location, the authorization status can be found right under the ride’s status badge:

Need more details on the authorization status? Navigate to the Trip Details Page for the specific ride and expand the section titled “Authorization”. This will provide additional details and notes regarding the authorization if available.
