EHR Downtime Procedures
If Roundtrip is unavailable through your electronic health record launch point, users can continue using Roundtrip through the web.
If Roundtrip is unavailable through your EHR, you can still book and manage rides directly on the web.
- Submit a ticket with your internal IT team.
- Go to app.rideroundtrip.com in a web browser.
- Sign in using your organization's usual login method.
- Book and manage rides through the web app until your EHR integration is back up.
Once the integration is restored, you can go back to launching Roundtrip directly from your EHR.
