How to Map a Traumasoft Integration
Learn how to map your Traumasoft instance once integrated with Roundtrip.
Once your Traumasoft integration is connected, these configurations make sure calls populate correctly on the Call Taking screen.
Getting Started
- Email sales@roundtriphealth.com to start the process with Roundtrip.
- Open a ticket with Traumasoft at support@traumasoft.com.
Once contracting is done, Roundtrip and Traumasoft establish connectivity. At that point the integration works technically — but you'll still need the configurations below for every required field to populate.
Configuration
Call Class Mappings
Map Roundtrip's call classes to the call classes set up in your BD Config screen. While you're there, also set default LOS, Response Priority, and Transport Priority.

- bls_car_seat
- als_car_seat
- wheelchair_oxygen_wheelchair
- bls_no_car_seat
- als_no_car_seat
- cct_car_seat
- cct_no_car_seat
- wheelchair_oxygen_no_wheelchair
- wheelchair_no_oxygen_no_wheelchair
- psych_transport
- sedan_no_car_seat
- sedan_car_seat
Don't run one of these types? Leave it unmapped.
Location Mappings
Roundtrip tries to match pickup and drop-off addresses to existing Traumasoft facilities. To improve match accuracy, set up facility mappings in your BD Config screen.
During implementation, Roundtrip pre-creates locations for each door of your partner facilities, plus common drop-off points like SNFs and nursing homes. Seeing unmapped locations come through? Contact the Roundtrip team — we'll work with the hospital to add the mapping.
Even with facilities pre-created, matching depends on the end user selecting the right facility during booking — so results won't always be perfect.
Zones
For incoming Roundtrip calls to map to the correct Traumasoft Zone, contact Traumasoft support to confirm zone geofences are enabled for the Roundtrip integration. Geofences must already be defined for your zones in Traumasoft — contact Traumasoft support for help setting these up.
