How Can I Access My Organization’s Invoices?

Receiving invoices is a crucial part of managing your organization’s payments and transportation costs with Roundtrip. In this article, we'll address some of our most frequently asked questions regarding receiving and accessing invoices from Roundtrip.
How will my organization receive invoices from Roundtrip?
Depending on how your organization is configured with Roundtrip, there are two options for receiving invoices:

Invoicing Through Chargebee
If your organization is configured for invoicing through Chargebee, you can login at https://roundtriphealth.chargebeeportal.com/.
Once logged in, you will be able to view billing history, download invoices, access trip details, and more.
Please note: only the registered primary billing contact can access invoices through Chargebee.

Invoicing Via Email
If your organization is not yet converted to our invoicing platform, Chargebee, then all invoices will be sent from our Billing Team at billing@roundtriphealth.com.
I’m Not Able to Open my Invoice Link
Please contact our Billing Team at billing@roundtriphealth.com for further assistance. Our team will ensure your email address is on the allow list to access the invoice.
How Do I Change the Contact to Receive Invoices?
Adding and Removing Main Billing Contacts
To update a main billing contact, you can directly update this information in the Chargebee Portal (if applicable for your organization) or by emailing your request to our Billing Team directly at billing@roundtriphealth.com.
Adding and Removing Additional Billing Contacts
There are multiple ways to add/maintain contacts who can receive invoices:
- You can self-serve and add additional billing contacts in the Chargebee Portal (if applicable for your organization).
- Additional contacts can be added directly by the Billing Team as needed - please send these requests to billing@roundtriphealth.com
- Reach out to your Customer Success Associate or Account Manager for assistance.

If the new billing contact also needs access to Trip Details Files, please contact our Billing Team at billing@roundtriphealth.com to request for permission to be granted.
How Can I Add Other Users at My Organization to View Invoices?
Please contact our Billing Team at billing@roundtriphealth.com for further assistance. Please include the following details in your request:
- Your First and Last Name
- Your Email Address that is associated with Roundtrip
- Your Organization Name
- First and Last Name of the New User
- Email Address of the New User
- Which invoices and detail files would you like the new user to have access to? (if your organization has multiple invoices)
Once received, our team will first verify you are authorized to add viewers to your organization’s invoices and Trip Details files. Once verified, we can then add the new user to receive access.
When Can I Expect to Receive My Organization’s Invoice?
Expect to receive your organization's invoice for the previous month no later than the 10th business day of the current month.
