How to Access Roundtrip
How you get access to Roundtrip depends on your role. Once you're in, registering and logging in works the same way for everyone.
Requesting Access
I'm a Care Coordinator / Ride Booker
If your organization is partnered with Roundtrip, talk to your supervisor or manager about how access is granted at your organization. Depending on your organization's setup, an admin user or your IT team may need to grant you access.
I'm a Dispatcher
If your Transportation Company is already part of the Roundtrip Community, ask your head dispatcher to request access for you.
I'm a Rider
Talk to your healthcare provider or health plan. If they use Roundtrip for transportation, they can walk you through getting started.
Registering as a New User
Once someone at your organization has granted you access, you'll get an invite email from app@rideroundtrip.com.
- In that email, click Set New Password.
- You'll land on a page to create your password and finish registering.
- You'll be redirected to app.rideroundtrip.com to sign in.
If your organization's EHR is integrated with Roundtrip, you may also be able to launch Roundtrip directly from within your EHR instead of visiting the website.
Logging In
- Go to app.rideroundtrip.com. We recommend bookmarking this page or adding a desktop shortcut for quick access.
- Enter the email address linked to your Roundtrip account and click Continue.
- Enter your password and click Continue.
If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), you'll be redirected to your organization's own login page instead of entering a Roundtrip password.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the login page and follow the reset steps.
Care Coordinators: the Roundtrip mobile app is for riders only — you'll always manage rides through the web portal, not the app.
Care Coordinator Access Levels
If you're a Care Coordinator, your organization assigns you one of these access levels:
Level | What You Can Do |
Admin User | Highest level of access. Can view all user accounts in their assigned groups and access the Reports tab. |
Book Trip User | Can book and manage trips for their assigned group(s). Can't access reports or manage other users. |
View Only User | Lowest level of access — can view rides but not book or edit them. Common for front desk staff or security. |
Power User | An in-house Roundtrip expert who helps train other users at their organization. Can hold either Admin or Book Trip access underneath this role. |
