Account Settings for Dispatchers

Learn how to update the settings for your Roundtrip account.

As a Dispatcher, you have the ability to set some of your account preferences right within Roundtrip! This includes updating your time zone, notification settings, and password. Read on to learn more about accessing and updating your account settings.

 

Navigating Your Account Settings

To access your Account Settings, you must first be logged into Roundtrip. Once you’re logged in, follow these steps:

 
  1. Click on the black circle icon in the upper right corner. This circle typically contains your initials.
  1. From the dropdown menu, click “Account Settings”.

  1. Success! You’ve made it to the Account Settings page. From here, you can review your current settings or edit as needed.
 
 

Updating Your Preferences

Name and Email Address

Depending on your Transportation Company’s settings, you may be able to update the name and email address associated with your account. If these fields are grayed out or you see the banner below on the Account Settings page, you may not be able to make these changes.

If these fields are not grayed out, you are able to update this information as needed. Click into the respective field and make the necessary updates to your first name, last name, and/or email address. Once completed, click “Update” to save your changes.

  • Note: If you are updating your email address, this will also update the email address used for your notifications, if enabled.
 

Mobile Phone Number

To update the phone number associated with your account, simply click into this field and enter your preferred phone number. Once completed, click “Update” to save your changes.

  • Note: If you are updating your mobile phone number, this will also update the phone number used for your notifications, if enabled.

Time Zone

To update your current time zone, simply click on this field and choose the appropriate time zone from the dropdown menu. Once completed, click “Update” to save your changes.

  • Note: Updating your time zone is important to ensure you receive accurate notifications.

Notification Preferences

To update your notification preferences, you can use the checkboxes in this section to choose your preferred notification method. You can choose to receive emails, text messages, or both. By default, you will be opted in to email notifications.

We strongly encourage keeping notifications enabled for your Roundtrip account to stay up-to-date on available rides and any changes to your company’s assigned rides.

Reset Password

If you need to set a new password for your Roundtrip account, you can click “Reset Password” at the bottom of this page.

This will trigger an email to be sent to the address associated with your Roundtrip account. The email will contain instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the prompts in the email to create a new password.

  • Note: If your company uses single sign-on (SSO) for Roundtrip access, you will not be able to reset your password from this link. You will need to contact with your organization’s identity provider for any password changes.
