Updating Your Company’s Profile Settings

Learn how to update your company’s profile settings within Roundtrip (i.e. service areas, rates, etc.).

Need to request a change to your Transportation Company’s settings? You can contact Roundtrip directly to request changes to your company’s details including service areas, rates, and more.

 

Requests to Update General Company Settings

For most routine updates, such as changes to your company’s contact information, vehicle offerings, service areas, service areas, etc., you can request an update by calling our 24/7 Navigation Center or by emailing our Transportation Team directly:

 

Request an Update By Calling Our Navigation Center

To request an update to your company’s settings, you can contact our 24/7 Navigation Center at (215) 774-6893 for assistance. Please have the following information available when calling in:

  • Your Name
  • Your Transportation Company’s Name
  • Your Contact Email Address/Phone Number
  • Type of Update(s) Requested
 

You may request the following types of updates to your Company’s profile:

  • Main Company Phone Number
  • Main Dispatcher Name and Contact Information
  • Vehicles in Scope
  • Service Areas
  • Hours of Operation
  • Rate Changes
 

Once your request has been received, it will be reviewed by our Transportation Team for approval. You will receive a confirmation once the update has been completed. If more information is needed, our Transportation Team may reach out to you directly before the update is completed.

 

Request an Update By Emailing Our Transportation Team

To request an update to your company’s settings, you can email our Transportation Team at transport@roundtriphealth.com for assistance. Please include the following information in your email request;

  • Your Name
  • Your Transportation Company’s Name
  • Your Contact Email Address/Phone Number
  • Type of Update(s) Requested
 

You may request the following types of updates to your Company’s profile:

  • Main Company Phone Number
  • Main Dispatcher Name and Contact Information
  • Vehicles in Scope
  • Service Areas
  • Hours of Operation
  • Rate Changes

Requests to Update Company Name, NPI, or TIN

If your company is undergoing a name change or merger, please contact our Transportation Team directly at transport@roundtriphealth.com for further assistance. When reaching out, please include the following information:

  • Existing Company Name
  • New Company Name
  • New National Provider Identifier (NPI) - if changing
  • New Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) - if changing

Please note: If your company’s TIN will be changing, please also send an updated W9 Form to our Billing Team at billing@roundtriphealth.com to prevent any issues with future payments.
