Depending on the type of transportation scheduled. payer selected, and whether your organization is EHR integrated, this can impact which rider data points are visible to a Transportation Provider.

Data Shared with Transportation Providers via Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Integrations
Some Transportation Providers in the Roundtrip Community may be CAD integrated with Roundtrip. This means that their dispatch software may receive rider data from Roundtrip for a scheduled ride.
