Account Settings for Riders
Learn how to update the settings for your Roundtrip account.
If your organization allows its riders to use Roundtrip’s Rider App, you may be able to adjust some of your account settings directly in-app.
Navigating Your Account Settings
To access your Account Settings, you must first be logged into the Roundtrip Rider App. Once you’re logged in, follow these steps:
- Click on “My Account” from the main menu within the Rider App.

- From the account menu, click “Edit Profile”.

- Success! You’ve made it to the Account Settings page. From here, you can review your current settings or edit as needed.
Updating Your Preferences
Personal Information
Under this field, you will find your personal details. These are typically provided by your organization and may not be editable. Please contact your organization if any updates are needed to these fields.

Contact Information
Depending on how your account was registered, you may be able to update your email address in this section. Please note, if you registered your Rider App account using Apple ID or Google ID, you will not be able to edit this field and it will be grayed out.
You may also update your notification phone number in this section as well as your preference notification method.

Once you are satisfied with your updates, click “Save” at the bottom of the page to submit the changes.
Language Preferences
Roundtrip’s Rider App uses English as the default language. If you prefer to navigate the app in Spanish, you can update your language preferences by clicking into this field and selecting “Español” from the dropdown menu.

Once you are satisfied with your updates, click “Save” at the bottom of the page to submit the changes.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your Rider App account, click “Delete Account” to proceed.

You’ll be prompted to confirm your choice by clicking “Delete Account”. Once confirmed, your Rider App account will be permanently deleted.
