My Roundtrip Account is Blocked
Follow these steps for support unblocking your account.
Why might Roundtrip block an account?
As a security measure, Roundtrip might block an account if too many incorrect password attempts are made. It’s important to make sure you are correctly entering your password when logging in to prevent your account from being blocked.
If your password or email address are not entered correctly, you’ll encounter an warning which confirms the details you entered do not match what is on file for your account.

If you’re unsure if you entered your password correctly, you can click the eye icon to show the characters that you’ve already entered. This is a good way to ensure that you are entering your password accurately.

How can I tell if my account was blocked?
If your account becomes blocked, you’ll encounter an error message on the login screen that states “Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts.”.

How can I unblock my account?
If this happens, you can unblock your Roundtrip account by resetting your password.
