SFTP Eligibility File Guidelines
Overview of requirements and guidelines for SFTP Eligibility Files.
Eligibility Files are how health plans and other clients can communicate to Roundtrip their population of members that are eligible for a transportation benefit. These guidelines ensure the data is collected in an efficient and standardized way in order to reduce the chance of errors.
