How to Reset Your Rider App Password
Overview on how to reset your password for the Rider App.
In this quick guide, we'll walk you through the steps to reset your password for the Rider App. Please note, only certain organizations allow their riders to use Roundtrip’s Rider App.
How to Reset Your Rider App Password
To update and create a new password for your account, please follow these steps:
- Open the Rider App on your preferred device:
- For a web/mobile browser experience: Navigate to https://book.rideroundtrip.com/ in your preferred browser.
- For a mobile app experience: Open the Rider App on your device.
- Click “Sign In”.
- Type in the email address associated with your Roundtrip account and click “Continue”.
- Once you are prompted to enter your password, click the link for “Forgot Password?”
- Confirm your email address and click “Continue”.
- This will trigger a password reset email to the email address your account is registered with.
- Once you receive the email, follow the link to create a new password.
- Once completed, you can begin using your new password when logging in.
Other Standard Pages and Resources
Account Menu
You can navigate to the Account Menu at any time by clicking on the black circle icon in the upper right corner. This circle typically contains your initials.
From the Account Menu, you can find the following options:
- Account Settings: Review and manage the settings for your Roundtrip account. For more information, see Account Settings for Care Coordinators.
- Manage: If you are an Admin user and if your organization permits, you may have the ability to manage access for other users. For more information, see Managing User Access for Admin Users.
- Your Locations: Create and manage your frequently used locations for faster booking.
- Contact Roundtrip: Contact Roundtrip’s Support Team by submitting a request through our “Contact Us” form. For other methods to contact us for assistance, please view this article.
- Sign Out: Use this option to log out of Roundtrip.
Resource Center
In the bottom left corner, you can click on the Roundtrip logo to open our Resource Center. This allows you to quickly access key information, guides, and updates right in-app.
