In this quick guide, we'll walk you through the steps to reset your password for the Rider App. Please note, only certain organizations allow their riders to use Roundtrip’s Rider App.

How to Reset Your Rider App Password

To update and create a new password for your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Rider App on your preferred device:
      • For a mobile app experience: Open the Rider App on your device.
  1. Click “Sign In”.
  1. Type in the email address associated with your Roundtrip account and click “Continue”.
  1. Once you are prompted to enter your password, click the link for “Forgot Password?”
  1. Confirm your email address and click “Continue”.
  1. This will trigger a password reset email to the email address your account is registered with.
  1. Once you receive the email, follow the link to create a new password.
  1. Once completed, you can begin using your new password when logging in.
