How to Reset Your Password

To update and create a new password for your account, please follow these steps:

  1. On app.rideroundtrip.com, type in the email address associated with your Roundtrip account and click “Continue”.
  1. Once you are prompted to enter your password, click the link for “Forgot Password?”
  1. Confirm your email address and click “Continue”.
  1. This will trigger a password reset email to the email address your account is registered with.
  1. Once you receive the email, follow the link to create a new password.
  1. Once completed, you can begin using your new password when logging in.
 
Important Note: If your organization is integrated with an identity provider for access, you may not be able to reset your password by following these steps. You will need to follow your identity provider’s steps for resetting your password.

How to Change Your Existing Password

  1. Click on "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
