Notification Methods
For your convenience, Roundtrip offers automated text message and email notifications. For automated text messages, all notifications will be sent from Roundtrip’s notification phone numbers, (215) 309-9702 or (321) 320-9219. For email notifications, all emails will be sent from app@rideroundtrip.com.
By default, Dispatchers are opted in to receive email notifications to the email address associated with their Roundtrip account. At any time, however, Dispatchers are welcome to update their preferred notification method. This can be configured in the “Account Settings” menu on a user-by-user basis.
