Ride(s) Missing from Payment

How to troubleshoot when a ride fulfilled by your company was not included in your Roundtrip payment.

There’s a few reasons why you may be missing rides from your payment. This usually occurs because:

  1. The ride was not marked as “Completed” within the Roundtrip Portal.
  1. The ride was marked as “Completed” after the current billing cycle closed.
  1. The ride was booked as either patient paid or insurance paid.
  1. If facility paid, Roundtrip is not the payment intermediary. See more details on facility paid rides and payments by Roundtrip in this article.
