Missing Payment for Ride(s) Not Completed after 60 Days

Insights into why a ride may have been canceled by Roundtrip after 60 days.

As part of Roundtrip’s Transportation Provider Agreement, providers are required to mark all rides within the portal as “Completed” in order to receive payment from Roundtrip. Rides in an “Assigned”, “In Progress”, or “Canceled” status will not be paid out.

If the ride status is not updated to “Completed” after 60 days, the ride will be auto-canceled by Roundtrip and payment will not be issued. You will see the following cancelation banner on the ride.
