Updating Your Preferences
Name and Email Address
Depending on your organization’s settings, you may be able to update the name and email address associated with your account. If these fields are grayed out or you see the banner below on the Account Settings page, you may not be able to make these changes.

If these fields are not grayed out, you are able to update this information as needed. Click into the respective field and make the necessary updates to your first name, last name, and/or email address. Once completed, click “Update” to save your changes.
Mobile Phone Number
To update the phone number associated with your account, click into this field and enter your preferred phone number. Once completed, click “Update” to save your changes. This should be a phone number that can receive texts if you intend on setting up text notifications.

Time Zone
To update your current time zone, click on this field and choose the appropriate time zone from the dropdown menu. Once completed, click “Update” to save your changes. Updating the time zone is important to ensure notifications are sent at the correct times

Reset Password
If you need to set a new password for your Roundtrip account, you can click “Reset Password” at the bottom of this page.

This will trigger an email to be sent to the address associated with your Roundtrip account. The email will contain instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the prompts in the email to create a new password.
- Note: If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO) for Roundtrip access, you will not be able to reset your password from this link. You will need to contact with your organization’s identity provider for any password changes.
