I Booked a Rideshare Ride - What Happens Next?
An overview of what steps take place once a ride is booked in Roundtrip.
Understanding Rideshare Ride Statuses
Once a rideshare ride has been booked, Roundtrip launches the trip and coordinates directly with the rideshare partner to find an available driver.
Unlike non-rideshare transportation, rideshare drivers are not assigned in advance. Instead, Roundtrip begins searching for a driver shortly before the scheduled pickup time. Depending on your organization's settings, rides may launch between 5 and 20 minutes before the scheduled pickup.
