General Navigation Types for In-App Reporting
Setting Filters within Your Report
At the top of each reporting dashboard, you’ll find a control panel. This allows you to configure the date range and set filters to have more control over the data that populates on your dashboard. The control panel and filters available may vary across reports and views within each report.

Once you’ve adjusted these filters, the data on the dashboard will update automatically. Please note, however, that filters will only persist during your current session within the report. If you navigate away from the report in-app and come back at a later time, you will need to set your desired filters again.
Accessing Dashboard Views
Some reports may have multiple views within the dashboard. Each view typically offers focused metrics and insights based on specific topics. These appear as tabs at the top of the report dashboard.

Simply click on the tab you’d like to access to navigate to that view.
Exporting Raw Data
For some visuals and tables within your dashboard views, you may have the option to export the raw data associated with that analysis. To export the raw data, hover over the table or visual within the dashboard. A menu should appear in the upper right corner.

Click on the ⋮ icon on the menu. This will expand a sub-menu to select how you’d like to export the raw data - either as a CSV or a standard Excel file. For best results, we recommend exporting as a CSV.

Once selected, the file will automatically download to your device. You can now open the downloaded file to manipulate the data as needed.
