We currently require out providers to mark a trip as completed or cancelled when it has occurred. This ensures that the we have an accurate representation of which rides were completed according to schedule.
1) Navigate to the trip under your "rides" tab. Select "view" to examine the trip details
2) Scroll down, and on the right side of the screen, select the appropriate status of the trip
Note: For all rides, RoundTrip would like to ensure rides are being marked correctly, and in a timely manner. This will help ensure we have accurate data for all the hard work you're doing!
