When a Medicaid Trip is booked, the trip is pushed to the appropriate Medicaid Broker within 24 hours, or at least 10 days ahead of the trip.
If the patient is eligible for transportation coverage, the Trip Status will be Queued until 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time. The Trip Status will be On Time in your RoundTrip Dashboard 1-hour before the scheduled appointment.
You will also see the following updates in the portal if you click the View button next to the trip:
- Authorization Status marked as Authorized
- Authorization #
- Broker Name – Phone Number
