If there are items that are left in vehicles, we want to ensure that those items can be returned as quickly as possible.
If an item is left in a Lyft, it is most efficient to report that directly to Lyft through their direct customer support team.
If an item is left in a higher level of transportation, please email email@example.com with the following information:
- Your Name
- Facility Name
- Passenger Name
- Trip Date
- Description of the items that were lost
