When establishing your profiles, you create your initial rates for accepting and providing rides. We then ask the riders and care coordinators to rate their experience of using your service. We then use this information to establish a market where best price and best quality will have access to view more rides as they are made available in the community.
Our rides are pushed to the RoundTrip Community based on the zip codes you have designated as areas your organization services. Expanding your service area, depending on the market, may give you access to rides otherwise unavailable.
